Reimagine the Dana Pani website in Framer and map out a practical Shopify migration, with a clear plan for our story, products, and social impact.
Dana Pani is an early-stage premium tea brand built on heritage, wellness, and a social mission: our tea bags are handmade by underprivileged women, and every 500 tea bags brewed equals one day of work for a tea packer. We sell three blends — Masala Chai, Spearmint Tulsi, and Classic Digestive — and our current site (shopdanapani.com) lives on Wix.
We want to move to Shopify. It's built for serious e-commerce and will give us better tools to sell, manage products, and scale. Alongside that move, we want a fresh look at how the site flows and tells our story to a modern online shopper.
Act as a small design team. Study our current site and a handful of premium tea, wellness, and lifestyle brands you admire — many of the best are on Shopify. Note what makes them feel trustworthy, beautiful, and easy to shop. Then propose a redesign in Framer: a clearer page structure (homepage, product pages, story / social impact, contact/cart), a visual direction that matches our "luxury through intention" mood, and stronger ways to surface our two biggest differentiators — Ayurvedic wellness benefits and the handmade-by-women impact.
One specific ask: rework the monkey animation on our homepage. We want it to feel more organic and hand-crafted, less "animated" or AI-generated.
Keep our brand mood in mind — earthy, heritage-rich, calm. Don't start from a blank slate. Include short notes explaining your design and platform decisions.
Deliverables: a live, shareable Framer design covering at least the homepage, a product page, and the story/impact page, responsive on desktop and mobile; a Shopify migration plan (1–3 pages or a few slides) with a recommended theme, proposed site/product structure, and a step-by-step migration outline; optionally, a short list of quick wins or watch-outs when moving from Wix to Shopify (preserving links, transferring content, setting up payments).
You'll get access to our current site, brand assets, product copy, photography, and time with our founder for questions along the way.
