Research 6–8 global wellness and heritage tea brands, compare them across pricing, packaging, and messaging, and recommend how Danapani should stand apart.
Danapani is a small artisan tea brand with a social-impact backbone. Before we spend on marketing, we want a clear picture of where we sit in the global wellness and heritage tea market — and where the open lane is for us.
Pick 6–8 of the most comparable brands founded anywhere in the world except India. Think functional teas, Ayurvedic-inspired teas, "luxury wellness" teas — brands a Danapani customer might realistically choose instead of us. For each brand, compare five things: pricing (per gram and per serving), packaging (materials, format, visual language), messaging (what promise are they making on the homepage and pack), social presence (platforms, follower range, content style), and customer complaints pulled from real reviews on Amazon, Trustpilot, Reddit, or the brand's own site.
Deliverable: a clean slide deck. One brand per slide is fine. End with a summary slide that maps the competitive landscape (a 2x2 or similar works) and a final slide with 3–5 concrete recommendations on how Danapani should differentiate. We suspect the artisan and social-impact angle is our strongest lane, but we want you to argue it from the evidence, not assume it.
Skip Indian brands — we know that landscape. We want the international picture.
You'll get: our current brand deck, product list with pricing, a short call with the founder to answer questions, and a Google Slides template.
