Find and rank 50 places Mommy's Breadcrumbs could sell beyond farmers markets, then build a lead sheet with real contacts and a launch plan we can actually work from.
Mommy's Breadcrumbs is a small-batch food brand currently selling at weekly farmers markets. That single channel caps what we can do. We want a second, third, and fourth way to reach customers — independent grocers, specialty food stores, gourmet markets, butcher shops, Italian markets, wine shops, farm stands, gift shops, pop-ups, holiday markets, corporate gifting, subscription boxes, meal kits, restaurants, caterers, cooking schools, kitchen boutiques, wineries, breweries, coffee shops, local events, community festivals, food incubators, and wholesale distributors are all on the table.
Deliverable: a ranked Top 50 list of launch opportunities, a lead spreadsheet, a recommended launch strategy, and outreach recommendations tailored to us.
For each opportunity we want you to note why it fits Mommy's Breadcrumbs, how hard it is to break into, rough startup cost, revenue potential, contact info, the decision-maker where you can find one, application links or submission requirements, and a specific partnership idea. Not generic "reach out and introduce yourself" — an actual angle we could pitch on Monday.
The final ranking should be defensible. Tell us why the top ten are the top ten and why the bottom of the list is the bottom.
You'll get: our current product list and price points, photos and brand materials, the region we're targeting, what we've already tried at markets (and what worked), and a working call with Mandy in week one to answer questions and share what customers actually say when they buy from us.
